14, 2015 YOUR CHALLENGE QUESTIONS WILL CHANGE.
On your first login after 5/14/15 you will be
required to re-enroll in the Multi-Factor Authentication protocol.
This means you must select new challenge
questions from a new list of possible questions. This process will
be exactly the same as it was when you logged
in for the first time. Your User ID and Password will stay the
same. Once you have completed the steps
outlined below, you will be able to access the system as usual.
Clear all session cookies from your device.
Not doing this could cause older site cookies to be used and generate
some misleading error messages. Given the
number of browser versions possible, we refer you to browser support
offered by your internet provider which will
be specific to your software.
Select 3 new questions from the drop down
boxes provided. In addition to the new questions, you may see previously
selected questions. They can be reused, with
the same security answer.
Select a new Image and Passphrase. This could
also be the same information you previously selected.
Once MFA re-enrollment has been completed, all
other processes going forward will be normal. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause, but such
periodic upgrades are necessary to maintain the security of your information.
